Good News!

This month, you will gain access to a newly enhanced Arise Health Plan employer portal. You don’t need to take any action at this time.

Please watch your email box in coming days for invitations and communications with more specific directions on how to access the updated portal. If you are not contacted by March 30, please email us at group.billing@wpsic.com or call us at 888-915-5618.

Note: For now, hold on to your old login information, as you will need it to access your SharePoint reports.

Group Size Questionnaire

Please provide the number of employees in your group. The applicability of many state and federal requirements, including The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ("PPACA") (P.L. 111-148) and the Medicare Secondary Payor Rules are based on the number of employees in your group. These provisions require detailed information regarding total number of employees as defined under the federal government guidelines for small and large group classification. You can fill out your questionnaire online or download the questionnaire and send it in the mail.
